Good but can be better with the suedeGood materials and workmanship. However, the suede used for the lady's heel was a tad thin, and wore out really quickly despite proper care taken.

---Boots arrived quickly :) Will use again!I ordered some boots from Fussie, they arrived a couple of days later, but were a bit too small, returned them through my local post office, re-ordered the next size online, they arrived in a couple of days. Quick, easy to use service. Be aware returns are not pre-paid/free post. I'm usually a size 5 (sometimes a 4) but I needed a size 6 in these boots. Would definately recommend and re-use Fussie.

Great delivery and service, why no free returns?the website is clear and well laid out, descriptions are accurate and the delivery was fast and free. however when you are spending the kind of money on quality clothing one would expect a free returns service.i'm stuck now with having to go to the post office AND pay for the returns postage myself. to be honest this deters me from buying an item from jules b unless i'm 100% sure that it's going to be right.
